Spelling mistake corrected in the Despatch Confirmation screen.

Awaiting booking - booking times

It showed 4 time fields and gave the impression that it requires a value in each which is inconsistent with Warehousing, this is now changed to better reflect Warehousing.

Delivery - Orders stuck at P status

Orders were sometimes getting stuck at ‘P' Status after being picked in Warehousing.  After confirming the pick, the status was updated to O but it shouldn't need to wait for pick confirmation.

Fuel surcharge - customer override

Customer default fuel surcharge percentage was being ignored when a site fuel surcharge is present and customer surcharge is zero.

License management - new license

A license change made to VD was not being updated against the client database.
