This screen is used to plan deliveries only before picking the orders.

For delivery orders only, the ability to control newly saved orders and their respective pick dates and delivery/collection information prior to picking and carrier submission, when the site settings are configured to collect this information pre-pick, may apply even if there is distribution available, but will definitely be needed when planning of the deliveries is needed before picking.

This feature will be disabled for existing customers but will be available to enable in site maintenance in a later version. If you’re interested in using it immediately then please contact support.

To be able to use this screen, in the Site Maintenance (which will be done in a future version) you will need to set the Simple Order Planning Option to the following:

• 0 - Not used

• 1 - Always Use

• 2 - Orders requiring booking

The status of the order will have a new status of “Awaiting Planning”, the order will not be able to be picked until this status changes to Awaiting Picking.
