- 1 Add New / Edit
- 1.1 User Maintenance
- 1.2 Printers
- 1.3 Order Rights
On the VW User Maintenance screen, you will see a list of existing users, their group names and login details, etc. On the left side of each user name, there is an ‘Edit' button to make edits to the existing user’s details. There is an ‘Add New' button at the footer section to create new users and enable different functionality access for them.
If this is a new user on the server you need to request a new user to be set up for the server before you add them to the user list here. More details are at Licensing

Some warehouse functions offer the user the ability to choose from a defined list.
Order Rights
If the user needs to place orders and withdraw stock from the warehouse you need to provide order rights which define which orders the user is allowed to use.
