The system is sending the delivery issue notification emails however it shows as if there is nothing wrong and everything was delivered fine.

It needs to show the information after the adjustment and will need to include the issue reason against the line.

NEW FEATURE

Modify the confirmation of despatch to allow consignment to be removed from the delivery by the driver before confirming despatch.

This ensures a more accurate time of arrival for the vehicle as currently you can only take it off the vehicle with a non load code after you confirm despatch.

Very rarely the signature stored in Distribution is corrupted, this prevents users from opening the delivery, additional validation has been added in the signature capture screen in effort to prevent this.
