CDS - introduction of exports

New Feature

CDS now handles electronic export order declarations, EX type D with the following CPCs:

1007 CD PAID: 'Permanent export or dispatch of goods from an excise warehouse'

1040 DP: 'Permanent export or dispatch of union goods or goods in Free Circulation and Home Use'

3171 CD NOT PAID: 'Re-export or dispatch of non-Union goods previously entered into Customs Warehousing'

Declarations are imported to Bond’s CDS module directly after orders are despatched or pick confirmed.

VB-1373	Excise Bulk Payments - Posting failures	Bug	5.8.0.73.4	Excise Bulk Payment movements were failing to ship to Vision Bond, customers affected by this issue were fixed already but the official fix is now included in this version.
VB-1369	EMCS - Change of Destination Transporter Guarantor	Bug	5.8.0	When selecting transporter as the guarantor there was no option to enter details in the grid.
