Introduction
The services listed hereunder are intended to be used by third party warehouses who wish to push and pull data from a Vision Commerce customer system to support their integration.
Unless otherwise stated (or exceptions are listed), the message formats follow the standard Vision EDI format compatible with all warehouses running Vision WMS applications, however the services here have been designed specifically for non Vision warehouse access.
Should the Vision EDI format change then so will the messages returned by this service, however as many developers have already integrated this format into their systems these are usually just simple changes such as new fields adding which will not break existing integrations.
Assumptions
Itās assumed that the warehouse use product codes known / provided by the account holder in order for data to flow seamlessly between the two systems.
Terms
Term | Definition |

Rotation / Rotation Number | Unique identifier for the stock record received at the warehouse. This is different from the Product Code (used to uniquely identify the product record), each product code can hold many rotations. |

PA / Pre Advice | Purchase information provided to the warehouse detailing stocks they can expect to receive. |
