Price List tab

You can view all the price lists that this product is part of, or not part of using this tab on the product setup, and if it is not on a specific price list then you can add it through the ADD PRODUCT option on the main menu.

There are some filter options marked as “show price lists” and this allows you to see whether the product is on an existing price list.

As you select a price list, if the product is on the price list then the price structure will appear in the box on the bottom left.

Adding a product to an existing price list

You can only add a product onto a price list where it does not already exist on the price list, the button will not be enabled if the product already exists.

To add the product using the Add Product

The form then allows you to enter directly into the form on the line.

If the product exists in the current price list, you are able to remove the product by clicking the “Remove Product”

Standard Selling Price
