Pick Up Address

The Pickup Address is only used when you are collecting goods from your supplier and the collection address is different from the address of the supplier.
e.g. When your supplier holds stock in a bonded warehouse, the collection point would be the warehouse and not the customer's office address.
It is only essential to use this when you are arranging the pick up of the goods and you are asking the shipper to collect the goods. Generally, you send a copy of the purchase order, so using this ensures the shipper goes to the correct address.
Use unique codes which you can easily identify as pick up points, you will normally find your suppliers use many of the same warehouse facilities.
