This section contains all the information about the user and allows the user to edit and update it.

My Profile

In this section, you can edit and update the user information. The user is provided with an ‘Edit’ button to change the information on each field.

When you click the Edit button, you will be asked to type in your password. Only then you will be allowed to edit the information and click the ‘Update’ button to make the changes live.

Account Info

This screen will show the user the account information for the customer that they are viewing.

This is used for the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

To get to this screen, you can go to the ‘User Account’ on the top right of VCIS, then click ‘Account’, and click ‘Account Info’.

The ‘Legal Type’ field can only be changed by the warehouse.

If you made any changes to the customer details, once clicking on the ‘Save update’ button this will send an email to the Warehouse to approve.

A message will show at the top of the screen (For example, Account information update posted 17/02/2023 pending approval). This will be removed once the Warehouse has confirmed the changes.

 

You will only see a button with the text “Information Correct“ right next to the “Save update” button if the warehouse completed the verification. If you click this button this will set the Last verified to the current date.

Account Information Audit

This section will show the audit of all the changes that have been made for the selected customer.

The information will only show if the Customer is set to GDPR Option “Anonymous”.


Contacts

This section will show all the contact for this customer.

 

There is a field with a dropdown list of options where you can select one for receiving Condition report notifications.

Use the ‘Delete’ button if you want to remove the contacts.


Statement of Account

This screen will show you an overview of the Duty and Invoices owed against the Private Customer Account.

The “Pay Now” button will only appear if the warehouse is set up to allow the card payment option.

In Summary, you will be able to see the Total Invoice payment. There is a ‘Pay now’ button next to it, that can direct you to the payment portal.

Either you can pay for individual invoices or you can tick the checkbox - ‘Pay all' and click the ‘Pay now’ button next to it.

You have a ‘Send’ button top right side to email the account statement.


Advising Payment

This screen will show you the payment setup and details.

Here you can get information on Cheque Payments, Electronic Payments, and set up Direct Debit payments.

You can send an email from this screen regarding your payment.
