Ready for Despatch

This section will show all the Consignments that are ready for despatch

Process Control Options

These are controls that you can operate against one or many of the consignments, we utilise the pick information from the WMS to confirm the consignments are ready for despatch and in this area you can group despatches and provide a manifest of items you are wanting to sent to the parcel carrier.

There are however other functions in this form which can be performed and they are explained below.

Change to depot Delivery

If there is a Delivery in the list you no longer wish to send to the Carrier, but should now be a normal Depot Delivery, highlight it and click on the Depot Delivery button and it will set the Delivery back to a normal Depot delivery for you.

Re-print Labels

this will allow you to re-print the labels for your External Carrier

Select All

this will select all the consignments in this screen

Reset Selection

this will reset and unselect the consignment that you have already selected

Collection Date and Time

This will allow you to select the collection date and time (it defaults to the current date and time when opening the screen)

Produce Carrier Manifest

This allows you to process the carrier manifest for the Carrier Extract

Confirm Despatched

This allows you to confirm that the delivery(s) has been despatched
