Delivery / Consignment

These pages serve as a comprehensive guide to the delivery and consignment form, applicable to both live deliveries and archive deliveries.

Planning → Delivery

This process will search for any orders that are still active, as well as those that have been completed within the last four weeks. After this, the relevant information will be stored in the archive.

Archives → Delivery

The historical overview of completed deliveries indicates that once a delivery reaches four weeks past the invoice date, it is removed from the active list and archived for future reference.

The delivery form is split into multiple tabs on both the top section and bottom section, each of those tabs has been seperated below to provide an explanation of each tab.

Tab Section
Header	Common information for the entire delivery and useful reference information.
Lines	The product line which are on the order.
Charges	Charge calculations for the delivery
Proof of Delivery	Following delivery the ePOD or POD can be viewed or generated from here
Upload Images	If you have multiple images for the delivery then they will be diplayed in this tab.
3rd Party Collection Point	If you are picking the goods up and taking them somewhere else then this information is filled in.
Delivery Point	Where are the goods being delivered to
Delivery Logistics	How are the goods getting to the delivery point either internal (your vehicles) or External (third party)
Other Options	Options which fit nowhere else currently home to the new paperless options which are being integrated during 2025/2026

Default Opening of the Delivery Consignment form

Although the "Print DNote" button remains visible and can generate a printout or document, it is not possible to produce Delivery Notes for archived deliveries.
