Dashboard Home

When you open the VCIS after a succesful logon you will be presented with the menu and dashboard.

The VCIS Dashboard will display the details regarding the Goods Inwards/ Outwards, Cases received and the Number of Rotations in those cases, Pre-Advices, and Orders data at a glance.

You can filter and view the Daily, Weekly and Monthly data.

The CASES tab shows the number of cases- The singles per case can be varied here.

The CASES 12 tab shows the number of cases in a way each case represents the standard case size(12 singles).

Let’s go through each part of the Dashboard:

Goods Inwards/ Outwards Bar chart

This chart will display the selected customer's Goods Inwards and Outwards movements. You will see the quantity(in cases) moved in the time period you selected above.

Click to select the Inwards or Outwards widget. This widget displays the number of movements that happened yesterday. When you click either one, the respective bar chart will be displayed.

If you hover the cursor over each bar, a text box will show the data that this specific bar represents. In the image(right) you can see that when the cursor is placed on the bar, it displays that in March-2022 there are 3 cases recorded for Inwards Movements.

Stock/ Rotations In Cases

In this section, you will see the number of stock in cases and the number of rotations in cases. You can view the quantity for both displayed in an individual widget, when clicked you will see the respective Line Chart of it.

Click the stock in cases widget to see its line chart. Each point on the line chart shows the quantity of stock in cases for the selected time period.

Click the Rotations in Cases widget to view the line chart that displays the number of rotations recorded for the time period selected. Click or hover the cursor on any point to see the specific data.

Pre-Advices

This bar chart for Pre-Advices shows various types and stages of Pre-advice with the count for it.

If you have made a number of pre-advice entries, this will be displayed in this bar chart.

This is an up-to-date chart. For example, the ‘Booking Entered’ bar shows the currently active bookings.

Orders

From held orders to awaiting despatch orders, this chart displays everything related to the orders at a glance for the user.

By looking at it you will be able to see how many orders are held or how many orders are waiting to be despatched.

Click any bar in the bar chart for ‘Pre-Advices’ and ‘Orders’ to view the table with details regarding it. For example(see the below image), If you have clicked the ‘Pick Prepared’ bar in the ‘Orders’ bar chart, a table will pop up with the details regarding each entry.
