Field Colours and Important Keys
Field Colours and Explanation
Highlighted Area | Example | Explanation |
|---|---|---|
Dark Yellow |  | This field is read only and can not be changed. Field is LOCKED. |
Orange |  | This is a lookup field, if you use the F11,F12 keys you will be presented with options. Generally this means that there are many options to choose from. |
White |  | This is an open field and can be modified. |
White with downwards arrow |  | This is an open field which has options available. The drop down will show the options and drop downs are usually only added when the number of options is small. |
Important Keys and their Purpose
Key | Purpose |
|---|---|
 | Copy Product code from previous line. Available in v3 for purchase ordering. |
 | Copy 7 - will copy the first 7 characters of the product code from the line above. This was designed for LWIN product codes. Available in v3 for purchase ordering. |
 | Search Using New Product form. Only available in v3 within Purchase order processing at the moment. |
 | Search all, opening a search results pane with all available options. |
 | Open the search navigation and wait for input and manual search. |
