Security Questions
When you log in for the first time in VCIS, you will be requested to fill in the answer for a couple of simple security questions. For example, Memorable Place and Memorable Date. Then click the ‘Save’ button.
Once this has been set this can’t be changed from the screen - this will be only changed in the database.
Multi-Factor Authentication
To secure your online account a multi-factor authentication option will pop up on your screen right after you log in to the VCIS.
Click the ‘Go’ button to set it up.
