How to Clear Data/Storage

There are times when the support team may ask you to clear the data/storage from the device, especially when there is an issue. Different versions of android and different phone providers do this differently.

Zebra Devices

Goto System/Settings and select the STORAGE option

Open

Select Other Apps

Open

 

Select Flex

Open

 

Hit the Clear Storage option, this will remove all stored data, and then you can logon to the application again.
