Declaration status flow

Not Submitted	‘Import’ button creates declarations at this status.
Submitted	‘Submit’ button submits the record to customs and updates the declarations to this status.
After ‘Pull Notification’ is clicked, declarations will be updated to one of the following statuses:
rejected	Visible in the ‘Requires Attention’ tab.
Accepted	Visible in the ‘Awaiting Response’ tab.
Tax Received	Visible in the ‘Awaiting Response’ tab, this usually arrives shortly after the accepted status update.
cleared	Declarations transition to this status about 10 minutes after the tax received status and completes the declaration process.

There are a handful of other self-explanatory statuses that you’ll see in the application, such as ‘Cancellation Submitted’ (Rejected / Granted) which require little explanation.

Some statuses will result in the row colour changing to make them stand out, for example rejected records will appear red, submitted records awaiting a response are amber.
