The Intrastat report is produced following the running of the period end (end of month) routine.

File Name Convention

SiteCode_CustomerCode_Intrast_datetime.

Limitations

When the report is run, it will only contain data for the previous month’s movements.

Notes

The Intrastat report is generated in the CSV format accepted by HMRC’s ‘Intrastat Electronic Form’ (see www.uktradeinfo.com).

The report format is not a typical ‘line by line’ file, it consists of a header for arrivals, details, header for despatches, details…
