Fusion Module

If you have a sister company that stores the source ingredients and makes the wine, and then sends the final product to you, this module can be used to automate a lot of the order creations within VW.

The processing for this would need to be completed through XML files which would normally come from the computer programme used by your sister company.

These files would send over the details to VW to create the sales orders for the source products, the pre-advices for receipting the final product, and the sales and POs for the duty element if the final product is a duty paid product.

The benefit of this module is that saves time by the orders being placed in VW and the duty elements being calculated automatically. This would also be more accurate as there is no manual user intervention.
