Checking Deliveries on Hold

Any Deliveries that have been put on hold (either as part of a normal process or manually by a user) will be shown on this screen.

 

  • Enter a Customer Code by entering the correct Code and a Site Code by clicking the button with the inverted triangle and choosing from the list.

  • Enter a Bond Delivery No. (commonly known as a Pick UID or PUID). 

  • Enter a Delivery Depot correctly if you know it or press F11 to search using the Navigation Panel.

  • Check the Exclude Today's Picks if you want to hide any Deliveries that were only picked in Vision Warehousing today.

    • Un-check this field if you want to see all Deliveries regardless of when the orders were picked in VW.

  • Click the Search button to filter the results by the values you have entered in the filter fields above.

  • This section shows all the deliveries that matched the filter field settings when the Search button was last clicked.

  • There are many tabs on this screen, each showing reason why the Delivery has been placed on Hold.

  • Click the button with the Pick UID / Bond Delivery No in the first column of the results to open that Delivery on that line.

  • From the Delivery, you can deal with any issues until you can successfully save the Delivery without it going back on hold.
