Cust.vwOrderTransferMissingPreAdvice

This was added to identify where a transfer took place but the pre-advice was not created.  This can happen when there is an issue with product creation routines.

Criteria

Will check for any Orders processed as transferred where it can not find any trace of a pre-advice.

As all goods being landed whether transfers or receipts require the creation of a pre-advice then this looks for anything which is missing.
