Stock (Customer)

This tab is used to set up and maintain the settings - Quarantine days for each product type after the manufacturing process, Rework Type Charge, and Rework Ancillary Charge per Single for each product for a customer.

Manufacturing

Users can set the default quarantine days differently depending on the product type. For example, the quarantine days required for wine will be different from the days required for beer.

You can only enter a Product Type once and set Quarantine days against it.

Products like wine, beer, etc have to be checked through a laboratory for Quality assurance purposes. Until the lab results are known the stocks should be in quarantine and should not be sent out on orders. Vision Warehouse provide the ability for early release or manual release but the standard is 7 days and after that time we would auto-release based on the lab results.

Rework

Rework Type Charge

You can set customer-specific charges for each Rework Type.

The ‘PerX’ field will be only editable if you select the Rework Charge Type as ‘Input X Singles’ or ‘Output X Singles’.

Rework Ancillary Charge

You can set different charges per single for each product. You can’t enter the same product twice.
