Linking Bond to your HMRC account

There are two buttons that initiate a connection to HMRC’s system:
Submit
Pull Notifications
Using either of these will first check the link between Vision Bond and your HMRC CDS account, if it hasn’t been linked then HMRC’s login window will appear for you to enter your credentials and authenticate.
Once the system is authenticated it will remain authenticated until it expires and you have to authenticate again, this usually happens around once per year.
TDR system
If using the Trader Dress Rehearsal system, your live credentials cannot be entered to authenticate. Instead once presented with the login screen, follow the 'Create test user' account process to create a temporary account. Keep a copy of the temporary account information.
Using CDS for the first time?
We recommend first clicking ‘Pull Notifications’ to link the two systems. Once you’ve received confirmation that the access token was received, close & reopen Bond to continue using the system.
