Handling rejections / failures

Any rejections are displayed in the ‘Requires Attention’ tab, expand the row by clicking the button on the left side of the grid to see the reason for rejection.

The ‘Tag Name', ‘Element Name' & ‘Field Name’ give an indication of whereabouts in the declaration the problem exists while the ‘Description’ displays the error received from customs.

• Click the pencil button to put the declaration into edit mode, this unlocks the declaration fields in the tabs and fields below so you can amend them. The button changes to a ‘Save & Submit’ button once clicked, so it can be clicked after making your amendments.

• Alternatively click the undo button to revert your changes and cancel the edit.
