Warehouse integration - order picking confirmation rollover lines	VC-3745	Issue	2024.2.0	When processing the pick confirmation file, for fully allocated lines the rollover lines are created as outstanding lines. Because there is no error, they would not show up on the Delivery Order screen. Rollover lines would instead appear on the Allocation screen but this lead to the users sending the orders to the warehouse again, and in some cases the warehouse simply picked the original order in two parts thus duplicating the stock picked for some lines of the order. Now the rollover lines will be allocated, as the original lines were.
